Deborah Online Study

The Deborah Online Study was created specifically for women serving in law enforcement, corrections, and positions of public trust who carry responsibility, authority, and consequence every day. This is not a general women’s Bible study. It is a focused, disciplined space for women who lead, protect, decide, and endure under pressure.

Drawing from the biblical account of Deborah, this study examines leadership rooted in moral clarity, courage, restraint, and obedience to God amid complex and demanding circumstances. Participants will engage Scripture with honesty and depth, addressing the realities of authority, decision-making, fatigue, and the personal cost of service.

This online-only study respects shift work, privacy, and operational realities. It strengthens discernment, emotional steadiness, and faith that guides action when decisions carry real weight.

The Deborah Online Study is not about image or performance. It is about forming a steady inner life and biblical judgment for leadership accountable to God.

Participation is subject to established confidentiality and boundary guidelines, which are reviewed upon registration.

Deborah Bible Study - Session 1

Deborah’s Bible Study

You fight for strangers every day.
You carry burdens your family doesn’t even see.
And your children need the healthiest version of you — not the leftovers of your shift.

Shield Sisters is where women like you come to breathe, rebuild, and reconnect with God’s strength.

Pull up a chair, sister.

You don’t have to do this alone.

When A Woman Stands Where Others Break

“Now Deborah, a prophet, the wife of Lappidoth, was leading Israel at that time. She held court under the Palm of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim, and the Israelites went up to her to have their disputes decided.”

—Judges 4:4–5 (NIV)
