Shield Sisters is a protected space for women in law enforcement to lay their guard down without fear of exposure or misunderstanding. Personal stories, struggles, and reflections shared here remain strictly confidential within the group.
Because this journey addresses trauma, moral injury, burnout, and the unique pressure of living both as an officer and a woman, spouses and loved ones are welcomed after the foundational four-month process is complete.
