Running Free Devotionals

Haven Hearts Community

A restorative community for women healing or healed from the wounds life has left behind.

Running Free was created for the women of Haven Hearts; those who are strong, healed, healing, rising, and learning to breathe deeply in the freedom God promised. This space is for women who have carried weight, walked through fire, and are discovering that freedom in Christ is not just possible; it’s personal.

This weekly devotional and Bible study pairing is designed with real life in mind. Whether you have only a few quiet moments or the desire to dig deeper into Scripture, Running Free meets you where you are. Each week invites you to release what binds you, renew your mind in God’s truth, and step forward with courage, clarity, and grace.

Here, we don’t rush healing; we honor it. We don’t perform freedom; we learn to live it. Together, we run free… not alone, but held by God and supported by sisterhood.

Not Every Burden Needs A Solution

Loved Shack | Haven Hearts Running Free Devotionals | Haven Hearts Running Free Devotionals for women offers a restorative community for women healing or healed from the wounds life has left behind. “Not Every Burden Needs a Solution.”

Not Every Burden Needs A Solution

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

—Galatians 6:2

When we’re hurting, we often pray for God to change the situation, remove the pain, answer the question, or open the door.

Sometimes He does. But often, before any of that happens, He sends a person.

A friend who sits quietly beside us.

A pastor who listens.

A mentor who speaks hope.

A stranger who offers unexpected kindness.

A text message that arrives at just the right moment.

And afterward, when we look back, we realize that person was part of God’s answer.

It reminds me that God’s first response to human suffering is often not an explanation; it’s His presence. And many times, He chooses to express that presence through His people.

That’s why our sentence stands so strongly on its own:

Not every burden needs a solution.

Sometimes God sends people before He sends answers.

Until next time . . .
